A pouch inspired by the stucco decorations of Sabil and Hawd of ‘Abd al-Rahman Katkhudha in al-Hattaba. This was built by ‘Abd al-Rahman Katkhudha, a mamluk janissary renowned for his architectural patronage. This pattern is one of the many represented on the khiyamiyya (patchwork) produced by the women of al-Hattaba within the framework of Women Quilt for al-Hattaba Project.
