This workshop gives children a chance to explore creativity, movement, and well-being in a welcoming and supportive setting. It balances both physical and artistic activities, creating a rounded experience that helps kids grow in different ways.
Students will experiment with sustainability by turning everyday discarded items like cardboard, plastic bottles, and newspapers into new artistic creations. In doing so, they not only make something unique but also learn the importance of caring for the environment and finding value in what might otherwise be thrown away.
At its core, this workshop is guided by a yoga instructor, who helps children slow down, stay present, and grow more self-aware through yoga. Through gentle practices, they learn to express themselves openly while also building meaningful connections with one another.
