I think it’s fair to say that most of us struggle to understand our own emotions; especially the more challenging ones such as fear, anxiety, anger, and disappointment. The truth for many of us is that we simply weren’t taught how to express these emotions properly when we were young. Instead, we got used to bottling them up or developing unhealthy methods of dealing with them. As a result, we might unintentionally hurt ourselves, or the ones we love.
Now imagine if we were taught, from a young age, how to effectively absorb, process, and express our emotions? Don’t you think we’d probably grow into healthier, more balanced adults?
I certainly believe so!
The series is composed of four books; Worried Wally, Angry Adam, Friendly Folla, and Lovely Loza. It’s also available in both English and Arabic, making it accessible and impactful to the widest net of future generations.
