(2018) The very essence of this Life is Life. Our relationship with Life is at the core of our state of being. This relationship defines all existential and experiential relationships we have with others, with our health, career, material considerations and most importantly, our relationship with ourselves. We endeavour to be healthy and happy, and we wish for love and understanding. Human nature is consistently seeking the truths we already know, forgetting our true essence in the process.The strategy to “JUST BE” presents itself through these reflections so we may effortlessly harness our innate power to nurture our lives on the physical, mental and emotional planes. An awareness of the abundance available to us is confirmation of that all is possible. We tend to primarily be engaged in “doing”; the time has come to tap into and reconnect with “being” and be all we can be.
